We live in a media environment designed to generate urgency: a constant stream of noise that mistakes reaction for engagement. This series asks what becomes visible when we step away from that stream. Twenty or more new paintings in layered acrylic and acrylic ink, figurative, surreal, unhurried. Free and open to the public through September 2026.
When I first started showing my work, I had no real sense of what I wanted from it. I just wanted to make something and have people see it.
Early on I thought exhibiting was about putting yourself out there, standing alone in a spotlight. With time I realized it was less about me and more about getting people into the same room to look, to talk, to be present together. That's the point now.
